This is going to be a long post with lots of pictures, so I'd grab a cup of tea, kick back and relax.
First up, Parc Zoologique de Paris (their
website's currently only in French). I've been
reading a lot about this zoo, it had been closed for renovation six years ago and has been rebuilt with the well being of the animals in mind.

| Penguins |
| Lionesses |
| Giraffes were the only animals that remained at the zoo during the renovation because they were too big to move |
| Otters have to hold their hands when they sleep so that they don't drift away, too cute! |
| Zebras |
| Feeding time |
| Parc Floral de Paris |
After the zoo, we headed to
Shakespeare and Company. I have been dreaming about visiting this store since always and it was a bit of anti-climatic. Like everything else in Paris, things were kind of expensive, so I just browsed around a bit then left.
| No shortage of tourists here |
| Wall of words |
| The poetry section is behind this gate |
| Someone's taking a cigarette break somewhere near the Cite Metro station |
Last stop is the
Centre Pompidou. Even though we could get in with the Paris Museum Pass, we had to pay the full admission fee because I wanted to catch the Henri-Cartier Bresson exhibition.
We also tried to get into
Notre Dame but the queue was so long so we didn't get to go in.
Hope this post isn't too long. Day Four coming up next!
